The most common question we get: which Johnnie Walker should I buy? Here is a practical guide by scenario.

For everyday sipping or mixing: Red Label at RM95 is the workhorse. It is designed to be diluted, so highballs, whisky soda, and whisky ginger are where it shines. Do not overthink it.

For gifting at CNY or corporate occasions: Black Label 12 Years is the reliable choice in the RM150 range. Everyone knows it, nobody is disappointed. If you want to stand out, step up to Gold Label Reserve at RM220 for 1L, the gold bottle presents beautifully without breaking the RM500 budget wall. For truly high-value gifting, Blue Label at RM595 (700ml) or RM730 (1L) is the prestige move.

For the smoky whisky lover: Double Black at RM170 is the pick. It takes everything Black Label does and turns up the Islay peat dial significantly. Boleh tahan, especially neat or with a single large ice cube.

For the whisky enthusiast who already knows the basics: Green Label 15 Years (blended malt, no grain) or XR 21 are the expressions that reward more advanced palates.
