Yes. It is legal for non-Muslim adults aged 21 and above to buy alcohol online in Malaysia. At Mr Chow we source all our products from certified importers and comply with Malaysian regulations on the sale of intoxicating liquor.

By law, alcohol in Malaysia may only be purchased by non-Muslims aged 21 and over. By placing an order you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements. We are unable to sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who does not — including Muslim customers — and orders that don’t meet our eligibility terms will be cancelled.

We deliver across West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). Klang Valley areas — including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Klang, Kajang, Ampang and surrounds — receive same-day Chow Fast delivery. Everywhere else in Peninsular Malaysia receives Standard Delivery. We do not deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah or Sarawak) or overseas. See our Order & Delivery page for full area details and fees.

Yes. We cannot deliver to government buildings, hospitals, or the airports at KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. If your delivery address is one of these locations, please contact us to arrange an alternative.

The legal drinking age in Malaysia is 21, raised from 18 with effect from 1 December 2017. You must be 21 years old or above to purchase or consume alcohol. Our site requires age verification before you can browse or purchase.

All our bottles are sourced directly from certified alcohol importers operating in Malaysia through the official import chain. We do not buy from grey-market channels or unverified suppliers. Every product on our site has passed through the official import chain.

Yes. Mr Chow has been serving customers since 2019 and sources every product from certified importers through official import channels. We sell only genuine, authentic stock — no counterfeit, refilled, or grey-market bottles — and comply with Malaysian regulations on the sale of intoxicating liquor.

We accept online bank transfer (FPX / IBG). Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched — we do not offer cash on delivery (COD). For a full list of accepted payment methods, see our Payments & Refunds page.

No — there’s no ID check at the door. Orders are delivered by courier (Lalamove, Grab or NinjaVan). You do need to be a non-Muslim aged 21 or above to order with us.

Yes, that’s no problem. You can have your order delivered to a friend or family member, as long as the recipient is a non-Muslim aged 21 or above.

We’ve got you covered. Damaged or broken bottles are refunded or exchanged. Returns are handled case by case — just contact us with the details (and a photo/video helps us sort it out fast).

If something’s out of stock after you order, we’ll either refund you or swap it for another bottle — whichever you prefer.

Our team is available Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on most public holidays. After hours, our team often still replies up to around 9–10pm, though that’s at their discretion.

Yes! For events, corporate gifting or large quantities, fill out our bulk request form and our team will reach out with a custom quote. Minimum is usually 18 bottles per item, and large orders need about 2 weeks to a month’s lead time. See our Bulk Purchase page.
